The following cartridge whole house water filtering systems do not include a UV water sanitizer as part of their system. Any of our over 170 Ultraviolet Water Sanitizers and Purifiers can always be added to any of the following cartridge style water filtering systems.

With a whole house or commercial use water filtering system you will need to add a UV water disinfection system that at least matches the maximum gallon per minute output of your water filtering cartridge and/or filtering system. All of the following Whole House, Point of Entry, and in-line water filter systems will operate at up to 80 pounds per square inch (psi) water pressure. We recommend installing a pressure reducing valve if needed, before the filter system. This will reduce the water pressure flow to the system and will prevent pressure build-up on the system when not in use. The most common operating water pressure range is 35-65 psi with optimum performance of our cartridge systems when used at 60 psi.

These cartridges are manufactured from a mixed blend of coconut shell GAC, catalytic carbon GAC, and ERA 6500. Click here to read more about GAC .

They are an excellent choice to reduce the taste and odor of unwanted chlorine and chloramines. Coconut shell GAC reduces VOCs better than standard GAC cartridges from potable drinking water. Catalytic carbon GAC reduces more of the chloramines taste and odor. Eagle Redox Alloy 6500 prevents bacterial growth while enhancing the performance of GAC.
